Real-Time Infrastructure Monitoring
Detect outages in 30 seconds. Respond before your users notice.
How It Works
SystemPulse's monitoring engine runs continuous health checks across your entire infrastructure stack — from public endpoints to private APIs, databases, and internal microservices. Every metric flows through our global probe network and surfaces in your dashboard within seconds.
Cycle Frequency
30-Second Interval Checks
Each monitored endpoint is polled every 30 seconds by geographically distributed probes. HTTP, TCP, ICMP, and DNS checks run in parallel, so a failed TLS handshake on your API gateway at `api.nexustech.io` is flagged before the next cycle completes. You configure the check type, expected status codes, and response body assertions — we handle the rest.
Probe Network
Global Probe Network
148 probe nodes operate across 32 cities in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America. Probes in Frankfurt, São Paulo, Singapore, and Ashburn each independently verify your services, giving you a true multi-perspective view of availability. If your CDN edge in Tokyo starts returning 502s to users in Osaka, the Osaka probe catches it — even if Ashburn sees a clean 200.
Resilience
Multi-Region Redundancy
Every check is executed from at least three geographically separated probe regions simultaneously. If the entire EU-West probe cluster loses connectivity, the system automatically redistributes checks to EU-Central and EU-North without dropping a single heartbeat. Your monitoring never goes dark, even when a region does.
Technical Specifications
Built for teams that need deterministic performance guarantees, not best-effort estimates.
Latency
Median Check Round-Trip: 120ms
HTTP GET checks complete in a median of 120ms from probe to target. P95 latency is 280ms. P99 stays under 450ms across the full probe network. TCP connect checks run faster at a median of 65ms. These numbers reflect end-to-end time including DNS resolution, TLS handshake, and response body receipt.
Accuracy
99.97% Uptime Detection Accuracy
Over the trailing 12 months, SystemPulse correctly detected 99.97% of actual outages across monitored customers. False positive rate sits at 0.003% — roughly one spurious alert per 33,000 checks. We validate every alert through cross-region consensus before triggering notifications, eliminating phantom downtime from single-probe blips.
Throughput
2.1 Million Checks Per Minute
The engine processes an aggregate of 2.1 million health checks every minute across all customers. Individual accounts can scale to 10,000 monitored endpoints without degradation. Each check generates structured telemetry — response time, status code, certificate expiry, body match result — streamed to your dashboard in under 2 seconds.
Alert Delivery
Sub-15-Second Alert Propagation
When a check fails consensus across three probe regions, alert routing triggers within 15 seconds. Notifications dispatch to PagerDuty, Slack, Opsgenie, webhook endpoints, and SMS simultaneously. Mean time from failure detection to engineer notification is 14.2 seconds measured across 840,000 real incidents in 2024.
Why Teams Choose SystemPulse
Monitoring that keeps pace with your infrastructure — not the other way around.
Catch Cascading Failures Early
When your payment processor times out, your checkout API slows, and your frontend starts showing blank cart pages — SystemPulse correlates all three events in real time. Dependency mapping surfaces the root cause so your on-call engineer fixes the payment gateway, not the symptom.
Compliance-Ready Audit Logs
Every check result, alert trigger, and acknowledgment is logged in an immutable audit trail retained for 7 years. Export to JSON or SIEM integrations for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance reviews. Meridian Health Systems reduced their audit preparation time from 6 weeks to 3 days after integrating SystemPulse logs.
Zero Config for Standard Stacks
Connect your GitHub repo, AWS account, or Kubernetes cluster and SystemPulse auto-discovers endpoints, load balancers, and health check routes. In 4 minutes, Greenfield Analytics had 23 services monitored with sensible alert thresholds — no YAML, no agent installs, no manual URL entry.
